Responsibilities & Duties:
? Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, appointments, and daily tasks.
? Actasthe first point of contact for internal and external communications.
? Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, including domestic and international travel.
? Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
? Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
? Assist in project management, ensuring deadlines and tasks are met efficiently.
? Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
? Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the CEO/Executive team.
? Willingness to travel as required for meetings and other official responsibilities.
