Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and oversee IT services projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Team Management: Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient collaboration, motivation, and productivity.
Client Interaction: Maintain strong client relationships, effectively communicate project updates, and manage client expectations.
Budget and Timeline Management: Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Risk Analysis and Mitigation: Identify and proactively address project risks, utilizing your analytical skills to develop mitigation strategies.
Methodology Expertise: Apply both agile/scrum and waterfall project management methodologies as appropriate for different project requirements.
Jira Expertise: Proficiently use Jira for project tracking and management.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports to stakeholders, including executive management.
Conflict Resolution: Effectively resolve team conflicts and facilitate collaboration among team members.
Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues affecting project performance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT services, app, or web development.
Proven expertise in agile/scrum and waterfall project management methodologies.
Strong understanding of Jira and other project management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to take standup calls and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
Experience managing project budgets and timelines.
Track record of successful client relationship management.
Effective conflict resolution skills.
A proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management) is preferred but not required. Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
